Who We Are

Maid Brite is a fully integrated cleaning company that provides comprehensive, high-quality, reliable cleaning solutions to residential and small business clients. Our diligent management and work ethic are central to Maid Brite’s business philosophy and critical to delivering consistent, quality cleaning services. We pride ourselves on making our management and staff accountable to our clients through communication and our unmatched technology.

Maid Brite was founded by Realtor Cheryl Hajjar in North Andover, Ma. in 2006. Cheryl knew there was a need for consistent cleaning services with excellent communication skills. This quality of commitment and reputation for great communication led to Maid Brite becoming one of the most widely recognized cleaning services with both families and small businesses in the Merrimack Valley.

In 2018, Maid Brite announced their expansion into Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast area. With their accelerated growth, Maid Brite strengthened their technology, cleaning tech training, and management systems to perfectly position the company to be the recognized leader in the cleaning industry.

General Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice unless an emergency has occurred. If frequent cancellations persist and the client does not reschedule, there will be a charge of 50% of the cost of your cleaning fee.

What happens if I cancel the day of the cleaning?

The full amount of the cleaning fee will be charged.

Are we allowed to tip the staff?

Tipping is allowed and encouraged. Nothing says you appreciate their hard work than a nice tip. Tips can be in cash, Venmo, or put into a check.

I am unhappy with my cleaning this week. Can I get a refund?

Because Maid Brite guarantees our work, we DO NOT offer refunds. We will send a team back within 24-48 hours to reclean the item not done correctly.

What are your COVID-19 policies?

As per the guidelines of the CDC, we take the temperatures of the staff every morning and equip them with the appropriate PPE gear to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.

What if I have COVID-19 and I am scheduled for a cleaning?

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact the office to reschedule your cleaning.

What if there is a snowstorm on the day of my service?

Maid Brite is constantly monitoring the weather conditions. If a storm has been deemed dangerous, we will cancel your service and do our best to reschedule it for that same week.

Can I use my cleaning products?

Yes. If you have special products that you like to use, please leave them out on the counter with instructions. We do not like staff to have to search through your cabinets and belongings for products.

What do I need to supply?

You only need to supply paper towels. We use paper towels because they are sanitary and do not leave streaks or little fuzzies on your furniture. One roll is plenty.

What do I do with my pets?

Good news! Maid Brite is pet-friendly. If your pets don’t mind us being in their home to clean, then we don’t mind! If they are afraid of the vacuum or have anxiety issues, we ask that you either take them out or crate them during your cleaning. Both German Shepherd and Pitbull breeds are required to be secured or not in the home while the staff is cleaning.
